Shaping Tomorrow's Engineering Leaders

The GCEA Future Leaders Group has been empowering young engineers since the early 2010s and was formally organized in 2023 with a dedicated steering committee focused on professional development and career advancement.

With over 60 member firms across Ghana, the FLG aims to ensure that future leaders attain all necessary skills and training for the continuation of the consulting engineering business for years to come.

To support and represent Future Leaders in Member Associations by providing a unified voice through forums, events and other communication mechanisms.

Mission

To promote active participation by Future Leaders in all activities relating to the FLG and GCEA events while fostering professional development.

Empower FLs with necessary skills and training to ensure continuation of the consulting engineering business while building global links through collaboration.
